We are seeking an Intermediate Architect/Designer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. We require someone with solid design skills who can work independently to develop building elevations, floor plans, and site plans. We are looking for a bright individual with an eagerness to learn and develop their design abilities as well as gain technical knowledge.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated relevant project experience in the commercial/industrial sectors
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree (Master’s degree is not required but desirable)
- Experience with municipal submissions (site plan approval stage) is required
- Ability to work independently and within a team workplace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills




- Basic technical construction knowledge (as it relates to functional design) is required.
- Excellent computer rendering abilities including being able to use Revit, Google SketchUp, and Photoshop

Duties & Responsibilities

- Meet with the firm’s principal and clients to review project requirements
- Produce conceptual building designs including elevations, floor plans, and site plans as well as renderings for proposals and marketing
- Space plan buildings to suit clients’ specific needs
