Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently serving dishes to guests
- Follow proper food safety protocols, including proper storage,



temperature control, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high standards of food quality

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid foundation in food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail when preparing meals and managing kitchen cleanliness
- Strong teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with fellow kitchen staff
