Cutting Edge Construction Ltd. is looking for motivated Carpenter Apprentices (Levels 1-4) to join our team for full-time work exclusively within the Westman region.

Whether you're just starting your apprenticeship or are well on your way to becoming a Journeyperson, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople who take pride in their craft.

Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters with wood and steel framing, renovations, and general construction tasks
- Help install doors, windows, and other building components
- Assist with concrete forming and preparation as required
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings with guidance from senior team members
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with carpenters, apprentices, and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications





- Registered Carpenter Apprentice (Level 1-4) or eligible to register
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience with construction tools and equipment is an asset
- Basic blueprint reading skills are an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
