Job Site Coordinator

Based in Kensington, PEI (Travel Across PEI Required)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$28–$32/hour

Kelly’s Drywall & Interior Painting is hiring a Jobsite Coordinator to take ownership of our active job sites and ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who understands construction workflows, communicates well with people, and can confidently manage what’s happening in office day-to-day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Act as the primary point of contact on job sites from project start to completion
- Travel across PEI to visit and oversee multiple job sites
- Coordinate materials, site readiness, and overall organization




- Communicate directly with crew leads, clients, builders, and contractors
- Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and resolve issues on-site independently
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized jobsite environment

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years experience in construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Confident in client and contractor communication
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on-site
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Personal vehicle preferred (mileage is paid)
- Willingness to travel across PEI regularly
