Extasy Shops is currently seeking a dependable and professional Retail Sales Associate. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility seriously, is reliable and punctual, can work independently after training, and contributes to a respectful and consistent team environment.

Schedule Requirements

- Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternating weekends.

Core Duties

- Provide friendly, skilled, and respectful customer service
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain merchandise displays and overall store appearance
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with window displays, general cleaning, and exterior upkeep when required
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintain communication with head office

Required Qualifications





- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, as required to work in a retail environment that sells age-restricted products
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable discussing adult wellness products professionally
- Able to work independently after training
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation
- C-PIC certification required
- Previous retail experience is an asset; training is provided
