Wheaton Kia is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team!

What You'll Do

- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
- Prospect for new business and follow up with existing customers
- Generate your own sales opportunities through phone, internet, social media, and referrals
- Present vehicle features, benefits, financing options, and products
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Work closely with our sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Stay current on Kia products, technology, incentives, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and energetic personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competitive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's license
