About Access Community Therapists
Access Community Therapists is a well-established, growing healthcare organization providing community-based Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Nursing services throughout BC.
We’re a friendly, collaborative team that values good communication, initiative, and supporting one another. Our clinical team works remotely throughout the province, with a small administration team based in our South Vancouver office. This role is an important part of keeping our referrals, communication, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
About the Role
The Referral Coordinator plays an important role in coordinating new referrals and supporting the administrative needs of our clinical and management teams. This is a varied position that combines referral coordination, communication, database and document management, and general office support.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organized, solving problems, helping others, and being part of a team where their work makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities - Administrative & Office Support
- Coordinate and track incoming referrals and intake information
- Distribute referrals to the appropriate Program Managers and clinicians
- Maintain referral databases, spreadsheets, records, and statistics
- Communicate with clients, clinicians, referral sources, and external agencies
- Prepare and track referral documentation, service agreements, and invoices
- Respond to referral inquiries and manage the shared administration email
- Provide general administrative and office support to the management and clinical teams
- Assist with meetings, workshops, equipment, supplies, and team activities
- Support staff with technology,
documents, and administrative processes
- Assist with improving administrative systems and processes
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Previous healthcare or administrative experience is an asset
- High school diploma required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
