Job Responsibilities:

- Custom Homes: Work on luxury, high-end custom homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.




- Multi-Family & Commercial Projects: Contribute to a variety of multi-family and commercial developments.
- Varied Tasks: From foundation to finishing, you'll be involved in diverse carpentry tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in running and supervising custom home construction (minimum of 3 years preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Safe work practices and adherence to company safety standards
- Enthusiastically participate in the company safety policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work setting and promote teamwork among crew members.
- Help to develop work plans.
- Lead a team of carpenters, apprentices and laborers through daily tasks as required to advance project schedule.
- Provide training and guidance to workers on best practices and safety protocols.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on the job site.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets the project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and rectify any defects or problems in workmanship.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.




- Monitor the site for potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Manage the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to project managers and supervisors.
- Communicate any changes or delays in the project timeline promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered.
- Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction.
- Make decisions on-site to ensure project continuity and efficiency.
- Adapt plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate unforeseen challenges.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Mentor and positively support junior employes on their skill advancement and capabilities.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among crew members.
- Recognize and reward exemplary performance.
- Address and manage any personnel issues or grievances
- Preform regular carpentry work
