We are looking for a Manager for our Aberdeen Mall location in Kamloops.

This is a full-time position with an expectation of you working between 32 and 40 hours per week. As the manager makes the schedule there is some flexibility, but you are expected to work one weekend shift per week (Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday) three times per month and one closing shift per week. Regular attendance and participation in weekly Manager meetings, held each Wednesday 10:15 am to 11:25 am, is also required.

Wage is negotiable and based on experience. Advantages are available after 6 months.

We require someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience of a combination of retail sales and management experience. Key assets that will be considered:

· Previous experience working toward sales goals, setting performance targets, and coaching staff

· Self motivated, organized, and good leadership skills are essential





· Knowledge of body jewellery is strongly preferred and recommended for this role

· A driver's license is not required but will be considered an asset for timely completion of bank deposits

Duties include managing all in-store operations such as:

· Sales, lead by example, coaching staff, setting goals, reporting stock movement, etc.

· Manage payroll and scheduling

· Merchandising and seasonal store plans

· Receiving orders and reporting errors

· Recruiting and maintaining high performing store team

· Complete weekly and monthly reports

· Attend weekly manager meetings (Wednesdays at 10:15 am)

· Bank deposits
