Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience using various hand tools. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

- Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct caulking and sealing tasks as needed
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required for installation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations

Requirements





- Proven experience in construction or carpentry is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience with caulking and sealing techniques
- Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently
- Solid maintenance person skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the site required.
