Having empathy and care to work with an Adult that has Autism; needs to have experience with dealing with mentally disabilities
Must have a reliable vehicle to take Adult on outings, appointments, and events
Physically fit to go out on outings and events
Have experience with dealing with challenging behaviors and outbursts
Must be able to work with adult with limited speech and challenging cognitive abilities
Will be able to handle loud screams and have compassion and care towards individual
Can assist with medication, meal prep and learning
Work Location: In person
