Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, mainly with in a 500 mile radius of Guelph, ON - (Main end destinations MI/OH/IN/IL/NY/OH/PA/QC)

Duties

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations (all truck are equipped with E-logs)
- Load and unload freight, including tarping as needed (Flat-bed, Stepdeck, Double-Drops, Roll-tites)
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Qualifications





- Valid commercial driver's license (AZ CDL) is required.
- 2 years verifiable experience in commercial driving with a solid understanding of flatbed freight transportation regulations.
- Clean Abstract and CVOR
- Enrollment in our Drug and Alcohol screening as per US DOT
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong english communication skills as per the US DOT min requirements.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
