Clean Brite Saskatoon is seeking a Mobile Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial cleaning sites across the city. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring all locations are cleaned to standard, schedules are followed, and issues are resolved before clients ever notice them.

This role requires consistent evening and weekend availability and a high level of accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections across assigned locations
- Ensure all scheduled cleans are completed on time and to standard
- Manage and direct cleaners and subcontractors in the field
- Identify and resolve issues proactively (before client complaints)
- Enforce scope of work and company standards at all sites
- Report attendance, deficiencies, and performance concerns daily
- Assist with training and onboarding of cleaners when required
- Provide coverage for missed shifts or emergencies when needed

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Primary working hours are 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs and site requirements

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel between multiple sites nightly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities independently
- Reliable attendance (frequent call-ins will not be suitable for this role)
- Excellent communication skills

Experience

- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial supervision is an asset, but not required




- Candidates with robust work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered
