Be a part of DAO's newest central kitchen! DAO is seeking Assistant Bakers to join our team and help in delivering the absolute best in modern Euro-Asian cuisine created by world class, award winning chefs.

LOCATION : 1930 INNES ROAD

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection




- Decorate and package bakery items for display or catering orders
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of ingredients and supplies

Please note that this position requires working early mornings (4am/5am), weekends, and holidays as needed.
