We grow, harvest, pack, and distribute a wide variety of fresh vegetables, including cauliflower, celery, onions, carrots, and beets, serving customers across North America.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Farm Equipment Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for machinery will drive success on the farm!

In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a large fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment. Performing detailed inspections and servicing equipment at regular intervals, keeping fleet running well through time sensitive seasons. Diagnostic and repair work both in the shop and in the field.

Apprenticeship can be discussed either 310T, 310S, or 421A.

Skills

- Electronic diagnosis
- Welding and fabricating
- Knowledge of engine systems, emission systems, electrical systems
- Working safely and ability to work under pressure (time sensitive items)
- Attention to detail - minor things that are overlooked on a service can turn into major breakdowns at a crucial time far away from shop
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Use of shop tools (scan tools, press, drill, lathe, welders etc.)




- Valid drivers license + clean driving record
- Punctual and attendant
- Strong work ethic and integrity (i.e. be proud of your work when it leaves the shop)
- Team environment - ability to work with others on a regular basis and share jobs
- Maintain detailed service records, parts inventories, and repair logs for all equipment serviced
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in various indoor/outdoor conditions

Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M
