Customer Service Representative

Location: North York, ON
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North York. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong organizational skills, and can thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the windows and doors industry, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services.

Responsibilities

— Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a qualified and timely manner
— Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, order placement, and order-related questions
— Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service throughout the sales and ordering process
— Process and enter customer orders and information accurately
— Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
— Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
— Communicate with internal teams regarding customer orders and requirements
— Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
— Identify opportunities for upselling and supporting sales growth
— Maintain accurate customer records and documentation




— Review customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
— Follow all company health and safety policies and applicable workplace legislation

Qualifications

— Previous customer service experience required
— Experience or knowledge of windows and doors is strongly preferred
— Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
— Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
— Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
— Accurate data entry and computer skills
— Strong attention to detail
— Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions
— Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
— Previous upselling or inside sales experience is an asset
— Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team
