Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently




- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction setting is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for all tasks
