Title: Senior Line Cook – Maharashtrian / Mumbai-Style Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Senior Line Cook with strong knowledge of authentic Maharashtrian and Mumbai-style cuisine to join our kitchen team in Oshawa.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Maharashtrian and Mumbai-style dishes.

Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Handle daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.

Maintain proper food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Assist with inventory, prep planning, and kitchen organization.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.





Strong experience preparing dishes such as Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Pav Bhaji, Zunka Bhakar, Puri Bhaji, Poha, Upma, Chaats, and other Mumbai-style specialties.

Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Ability to manage prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations.

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Must be available to work closing shifts.

Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
