Team Member Responsibilities

- Create and serve customized fresh menu items, ranging from burritos and tacos, to quesadillas and nachos
- Prepare our made-fresh-daily salsas and homemade guacamole, as well as other flavourful food items for our service counter
- Demonstrate high food safety and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring a safe, neat and clean environment
- Handle guest payments
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food products.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with menu selections, including upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.




- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
