The Role: Project Coordinator
You will be the key support in managing and executing construction projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
What Success Looks Like
· Supporting the Project Manager with coordination of project schedules, budgets, RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings
· Ensuring construction standards are maintained and project costs are managed
· Organizing and maintaining all project documentation to meet compliance standards
· Demonstrating robust communication and planning skills across multiple active projects
· Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, production, and site teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues.
· Conducting site visits and performing QA/QC inspections to verify installation, workmanship, and materials meet drawings, specifications, and Cornerstone quality standards
· Working with the shop and production teams to ensure fabricated components meet approved drawings and quality requirements before shipment
· Identifying and documenting site conditions, deficiencies, and discrepancies, and following up to ensure they are resolved
· Travel to various sites in Northern Manitoba, Ontario and SK.
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience supporting small to mid-sized construction projects
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings with confidence
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, and document control platforms
· Excellent coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Passion for organization, planning, and attention to detail
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or CET designation preferred
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
