We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and qualified individual to join our growing Valley team. Sales Associates at Valley Driving School provide callers and visitors to our website and social media pages with timely, accurate, and knowledgeable guidance and information. Our exceptional Sales Associates connect with potential and existing clients through phone and digital conversations (Live-chat). Ultimately, our Sales Associates understand our clients’ needs and help them to find the most appropriate Valley Driving School service.

This position has opportunities for future advancement and supervisory responsibilities within our company. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with customer service experience and sales experience with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is an asset.

What You Have to Offer:

- Super Ninja multi-tasking skills
- the ability to navigate multiple platforms at once
- Grade 12 education
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and communication skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Computer literacy and familiarity with multiline phones, digital applications, spreadsheets, and social media communication channels as demonstrated by previous work experience
- Clean criminal record and Driver’s Abstract

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
