Performance Painting has been maintaining and elevating Whistler’s hotels, homes, and buildings for over 25 years. We are known for quality workmanship, strong systems, and a tight-knit, high-performing team.

We’re looking for 2 more painters to join us for the remainder of the 2026 exterior season and potentially beyond — people who take pride in flawless work and want to grow in a professional, supportive environment.

The Role

As a Painter, you are a key contributor to the successful execution of our interior and exterior painting projects.

You will:

- Deliver expert-level craftsmanship on residential and commercial projects
- Prepare surfaces properly and apply finishes to specification
- Follow safety protocols and company systems
- Communicate clearly with your Crew Lead
- Maintain clean, organized, efficient job sites
- Complete projects on time while upholding our quality standards

Physical & Job Requirements

- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Quick learner
- Reliable transportation to Whistler
- Eligible to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Location

Primarily Whistler (90%+ of work), with occasional projects in Pemberton and Squamish.

This is an in-person position.

Painting experience (1+ year preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $26.00-$39.00 per hour
