Sales Associate – Optical Experience Required

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the optical industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with selecting frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
- Help customers understand available lens and frame options
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized environment
- Support the team with day-to-day optical retail operations

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of optical industry experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
