POSITION: Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor – Commercial & General Liability - CIP

DURATION: Full time, Permanent

SALARY: $85,000-$95,000

LOCATION: Toronto, ON (in-office)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of supervising experience
- Minimum 5 years of general liability claims, including product liability and bodily injur.
- Valid CIP designation
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, strong analytical skills for effective claims resolution.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Position Overview:

- Lead and mentor a team of adjusters and support staff, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee claims operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Manage hiring, development, and performance of team members.
- Set team goals, balance workloads, and provide coaching for success.
- Enhance efficiency and service quality through technology and process improvements.
- Maintain professional,



proactive communication with clients and partners.
