Williams Lake and District Credit Union has an exciting prospect for an energetic, service-focused Business Credit Administrator to work out of the Williams Lake branch.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Business Credit, you will preferably have at least 2 years experience in loan administration, ideally with some exposure to business credit in a Credit Union or Banking environment.

You will support the Business Credit Department with member-facing activities, all of which are dealt with in a confidential, courteous and professional manner. Loan Administration involves back-office support activities such as recording and processing loan applications, preparing loan collateral documentation, completing departmental reports, conducting credit checks and lien searches as well as registering and releasing security. Further duties include maintaining loan files, preparing and typing routine correspondence, inputting financial statements,



monitoring for required business account reviews while adhering to all internal policies and procedures.

As the ideal candidate you will have relevant tertiary education and experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure while maintaining a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This is a part-time role with the opportunity for extra hours during busy times or vacation coverage.
