Chudleigh’s Blossom Café is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Team Member to join our dedicated team!

Beyond preparing great beverages and desserts, our café team members pride themselves on connecting with every customer and the community.

Qualifications

- Flexibility with shifts to accommodate varying schedules and operational demands.
- Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
- Prior barista experience considered an asset.
- Prior food handling experience to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
- Dedication to prioritizing the customer experience in every guest interaction.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism, ensuring a positive representation of our café.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive to details to fulfill customers' needs and preferences.
- Ability to work independently when necessary and collaborate effectively within the team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a passion for the Chudleigh's brand and have knowledge of our products
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean station that is consistently in proper running order
- Preparing our full menu of drinks and desserts according to standard recipes
- Serving customers politely, efficiently, & with a great attitude
- Handling fast paced working environment
- Follow food safety standards and protocols
- Work efficiently with strong multi-tasking skills
- Provide support to management (i.e.



answering telephone, customer questions)
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Operate a P.O.S system when cashing out customers
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, tables, counters, and outdoor patio
- Responsible for packing and fulfilling all curbside orders
- Additional duties as assigned or required
