Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate catering orders

Experience:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
