Skills required:

- Knowledge of building materials - LBM

-ability to read plans and perform material take offs

-experience quoting deck, fence and house packages

- some experience with lumber and building supplies

- Be able to provide good customer service

- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of lumber software , sales, quotes, but will train

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base-small business

- Normally require to work business hours, but may work longer when necessary-dedicate time to the hours in order to be successful

- 40 hours per week , stable full time position

- Salary is negotiable based on experience

- Your own transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Medical and dental benefits available after 3 months

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
