Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Administration: Maintain project timelines, track key milestones, and manage independent client accounts with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Ideal Backgrounds:

- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Senior Project Coordination, Construction Administration,



Executive Assisting, or Corporate Administration.
- Robust track record of managing timelines, coordinating multi-department projects, or overseeing complex workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional presence.

Position Type & Compensation:

This is an Independent Contractor (1099/Contract) position. Compensation is 100% performance-based tied directly to portfolio results, with no base salary or hourly cap.

Pay: $5.00-$250,000.00 per year
