About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Coordinator to join our Markham Head Office. This role provides administrative and customer service support across the company's development projects and operations, ensuring smooth communication, document coordination, and follow-up on all outstanding matters.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond professionally to inquiries from purchasers,tenants, and contractors via phone, email, and other channels.
Record, track, and follow up on service requests, maintenance issues, deficiencies, and other outstanding items.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and external contacts to resolve customer and project-related concerns.
Administrative Support
Prepare, organize, scan, copy, file, and maintain company, project, and property records.
Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, notices, and other documents.
Support document flow and communication between departments and project sites.
Schedule appointments, meetings, inspections, site visits, and maintenance activities as needed.
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and notices.
General Office Duties
Assist with invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and expense documentation.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management and other departments.
Handle confidential company, client, financial, and project information with discretion.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, track outstanding items, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Docusign.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred (Assets):
Experience or exposure to real estate, property management, leasing, condominium operations, real estate development, or construction administration.
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
