Job Overview
We're looking for a capable, hands-on individual to support multiple departments across our operation. This isn't a single-task position, the right person thrives in a agile environment, is comfortable with both hand and power tools, and takes pride in getting the job done right wherever they're needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with traditional timber framing techniques to complete small job orders such as trusses and brackets.
- Build wood working projects such as shelves, mantles, countertops, staircases, etc.
- Organize and coordinate inventory and materials in the shop yard - forklift expierence a plus*
- Hand texturing timber using traditional techniques
- Hands-on timber preparation and wood processing using hand and power tools
- Build shipping crates to spec for outgoing product
- Assist other departments with heavy lifting, processing, and technical tasks
- Perform general shop duties and support day-to-day operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures related to finishing products, equipment, and ventilation
- Communicate any material issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with wood working projects - timber framing experience a plus*
- Comfortable operating common hand and power tools safely
- Able to perform physical work including heavy lifting
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across teams
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment




- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or trades setting preferred
- Comfortable working in a production environment with deadlines

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or trades setting
- Familiarity with hand and power tools in a woodworking or lumber environment
- Experience with traditional timber texturing or hand-finishing techniques is a plus*
- Basic knowledge of plywood and lumber construction
- Ability to read and follow basic work orders or shop instructions

Work Environment

- Indoor production facility
- Ourdoor shop yard
- Exposure to wood dust, stains, and finishing products (PPE provided)
- Standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
