We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and certified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Implementation: Plan and carry out age-appropriate, play-based activities that support development (sensory, motor, language, and social skills).
- Routine Care: Manage daily routines with care and respect, including transitions, meal times, outdoor play, and diapering/toileting.
- Safety & Supervision: Maintain a safe, healthy, and closely supervised environment indoors and outdoors.
- Communication: Build positive, skilled relationships with families and provide daily updates on their child's day.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate.



An Infant-Toddler (IT) or Special Needs (SN) designation is advantageous
- First Aid: Valid Child Care First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Background Check: Clear Criminal Record Check under the BC Criminal Records Review Act (or willingness to complete immediately).
- Skills: Strong understanding of toddler/child development, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
