Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our various short term rentals. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning and organization tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.
- Conduct cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
- Restocking and organizing supplies
- Provide porter services by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Uphold custodial standards by following established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Skills

- Proven experience in residential cleaning, Hotels and/or Airbnbs is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning practices and equipment.




- Experience in cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and maintain various surfaces effectively.
- Excellent Punctuality.
- Exceptional Communications Skills, as it will be required to report when you start your shift, and do a video walk through at the end of the shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
