Spa Front Desk Receptionist – Part time

Schedule: Evening availability required | Weekend availability is an asset

We are looking for a warm, friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate provides excellent client service, takes initiative, and is a genuine team player who supports our aestheticians and therapists.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out
- Answer calls, texts, and online/social media inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Convert inquiries into bookings and recommend appropriate services, promotions, and add-ons
- Process payments and POS transactions
- Coordinate with aestheticians and therapists and ensure they have what they need
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Manage laundry, linens, and restocking
- Keep the spa pristine, organized, stocked, and guest-ready




- Support the team with daily tasks and room turnover as needed
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally

- Experience processing direct insurance billing is a plus
