Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Apartment Custodian & Turnover Specialist. This position offers excellent flexibility, making it perfect for anyone looking to balance other commitments. In this role, you will manage the daily upkeep of shared common areas and perform thorough post-move-out deep cleans to get vacant units ready for new residents. All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided in office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms) by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Perform comprehensive post-move-out deep cleans of vacant apartments (scrubbing appliances, sanitizing bathrooms, and detailing floors) to get them move-in ready.
- Ensure trash and recycling areas remain clean and orderly.




- Report any property maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or turnover cleaning.
- Reliable transportation: You must have a personal vehicle, bike, or reliable transit to travel between local job sites independently.
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend throughout your shift.
