CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A SENIOR CORPORATE PARALEGAL WITH CORES 3 FOR A FIRM ON THE WEST END OF EDMONTON! Must be able to run all Cores 3 filings with little supervision. Paying top dollar for the right candidate. Hybrid work model 2-3 days working from home per week.

- Provide paralegal work to the Corporate, Commercial and Security Practice Group
- Drafting and preparing documents, and composing annual work
- Knowledge of a variety of corporate documents including societies and not for profit corporations
- Experience with Cores 1-3 duties including; incorporation, amalgamations, amendments, and various types of resolutions and minutes
- Assist Lawyers/Paralegals as required
- Respond to daily inquiries from counsel and clients

The Ideal Candidate:

- Graduate of a recognized Paralegal program and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role
- CORES Level 3 (preferred)



and ALF corporate database
- Solid knowledge of corporate law and procedures
- A positive, self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a team and independently
