We are searching for an enthusiastic, skilled CDA with an Orthodontic Module who thrives in a team-focused environment and is looking for a stable, long-term role.

Work Schedule & Hours

We offer a predictable schedule (3.5 days per week) structured to give you consistent time off and clear boundaries between work and life:

- Weekly Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Bi-Weekly Day: Every other Thursday

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality orthodontic care across a variety of clinical adjustments and procedures.
- Guide patients and parents through treatment stages with clear communication and a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage clinical flow, infection control, and equipment setup to maintain high practice standards.
- Bring enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude to daily team huddles and patient interactions.

Requirements

- Active BCCOHP registration and CDA licensure in British Columbia.
- Completed Orthodontic Module certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clinical efficiency, and a positive approach to patient care.
