TMC Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic is looking for a reliable and friendly Part time Medical Assistant / Receptionist to join our Kingsville location.

This position involves both clinical and front-desk responsibilities and requires someone who is organized, professional, and able to provide excellent patient service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Register patients and manage walk-in patient flow
- Answer phones and perform general receptionist duties
- Take vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks
- Prepare examination rooms
- Assist physicians and nursing staff as needed
- Maintain accurate patient information and records
- Support the daily operations of the clinic

Qualifications:

- Previous medical clinic or healthcare experience is an asset




- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
