Position Overview Under the general direction of the Food Services Supervisor or Area Manager, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St.

Boniface Hospital, the Sanitation/Warewash Attendant is responsible for: performing general cleaning in the Main Kitchen; operating pot washing machine and performing a variety of cleaning tasks and waste disposal tasks; and performing other related duties as assigned.

Experience Not Applicable Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Grade 10.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Not Applicable Qualifications and Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Demonstrated positive personal cleanliness.
Manual skills.
Physical Requirements Ability to move heavy objects such as garbage bags,



bails of cardboard and garbage from pulper area.
Ability to withstand heat and steam.
Ability to walk/stand throughout the shift.
