Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct donor registration and confidential screening
- Educate donors about blood donation processes
- Lead and coach donor center staff during collection events
- Perform phlebotomy with care and adhere to standards
- Maintain accurate documentation across various systems
Requirements:
- Accredited nursing program completion and current license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR an asset
- Familiarity with computer software like Microsoft Word
- Bilingual communication is beneficial
