Newbridge Academy invites applications for a dynamic Yoga Instructor to conduct K-5 yoga classes during the 2026-2027 school year. Help promote healthy movement and mindfulness while working with young students in a vibrant setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading weekly yoga sessions, specifically designed for Kindergarten up to Grade 5. Classes will take place every Thursday in small groups, fostering an workplace where children can thrive in their focus and self-awareness.

Your expertise will nurture their resilience and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan engaging, age-appropriate yoga classes
- Develop a calm and positive atmosphere for learning
- Use mindfulness and relaxation techniques in sessions




- Adapt practices to suit various age levels
- Work with school staff to maintain a respectful environment

Requirements:

- Preferred experience in teaching children's yoga
- Certification in yoga instruction is an asset
- Solid classroom management and communication abilities
- Friendly, reliable, and relationship-focused attitude
- Current Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain
