Key Responsibilities:

- Support residents through engagement and supervision
- Complete daily reports and incident documentation
- Oversee shifts and communication among direct support workers
- Address emergencies and provide crisis intervention
- Attend team meetings to discuss operational updates

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year in a related residential role
- Experience in Mental Health and Addictions preferred
- Diploma in Social Services or equivalent required
- CPR First Aid certification highly valued
- Patience and problem-solving aptitude
