We seek a Plant Refrigeration Shift Engineer with a valid Ontario Refrigeration B Certificate or 3rd Class Engineer. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in refrigeration, air compressors, and boiler systems.

You will play a vital role in equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning duties while ensuring compliance with TSSA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning




- Record and report on equipment operating conditions
- Ensure safety protocols and standards are met
- Collaborate to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Refrigeration B Certificate or 3rd Class Engineer
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing food workplace
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills necessary
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs is advantageous
