You will report to the IT Manager and be responsible for translating business needs into functional application changes and process improvements. Key tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders, performing fit-gap analysis, and developing dashboards using Power BI and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement needs
- Document and execute business requirements and workflows




- Configure and test changes to business applications
- Assist in ERP lifecycle support and UAT processes
- Create valuable operational reports and insights using Power BI

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise application support
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and MS-O365
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical capabilities
