Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion
- Own Supply Chain components of New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Track and report Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) issues




- Facilitate OKR coordination and quarterly goal-setting
- Produce executive-ready dashboards for project status updates

Requirements:

- Over 5 years of program or project management experience
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience managing NPI in a hardware setting
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
- High comfort with ambiguity and modern tools
