The position mandates oversight of event management and contract compliance, while engaging with city stakeholders for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise uniformed security guard services and third-party contractors
- Manage day-to-day operations, incident response, reporting, and audits




- Develop service level standards and standard operating procedures
- Analyze performance data for process improvement
- Liaise with community stakeholders and city staff

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Experience in project management and critical incident response
- Proficient with security technologies and incident management software
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid Ontario G class driver’s license
