In this part-time temporary position, you will be responsible for resident-centered care and documentation, ensuring adherence to policies. This role encourages active learning and teamwork, contributing to a high-performance, compassionate culture at Bethany.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver resident-centered nursing care in light of care plans
- Create detailed, accurate documentation of care provided




- Foster a secure environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team discussions
- Lead Health Care Aides and model best practices when needed

Requirements:

- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Registration with the Alberta College of LPNs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Current CPR certification needed
