ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily sales activity to payment records and bank depositsEnsure accurate posting of sales, cost of sales, and inventory transfersMaintain and update merchant and payment mapping tablesPartner with Operations and IT teams to resolve system or integration issuesAssist in preparing recurring royalty and commission reportingRecord and track commissions across multiple business unitsSupport month‑end inventory cut‑off procedures and accrual entriesComplete monthly balance sheet account reconciliationsAssist with month‑end and quarter‑end reporting and variance analysisPrepare ad hoc financial and operational reports as required
About you:Accounting degree or diploma from a recognized post‑secondary institution2+ years of experience in a high‑volume transactional accounting environment working with inventory
