OverviewFull‑time retail sales manager position, 24.00 hourly, 30‑40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. Work is conducted at the physical location;
no remote option.
EducationSecondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years in a related retail environment.
Responsibilities
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or coordinate training of staff
Order merchandise and authorize its return
Establish work schedules
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandise and personnel matters
Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Manage cash
Conduct performance reviews
