Delegating labourers to specific tasksTaking the lead on specific labourer related tasks to ensure an efficient workflowLoad and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materialsMove tools, equipment, andconstruction materials to and from work areasOperate hand and power toolsClean up rubble and debris on a regular basis to ensure a safe and well maintained construction siteMove and level earth using shovels and rakesClean, lubricate, and refill tanks as instructedPractice work place safety at all timePerform other duties as requiredRequirements
Demonstrated ability to lead labourers, as well as follow direction as requiredPrevious experience in a related positionPositive can-do attitudeWilling and able to easily follow directionAble to lift 50lbsWilling and able to work long hours in a fast-pace, physical environmentWhat we offer
